  "Description": "Objective: Implement new methods for detecting change\npoints in high-dimensional time series data. These new methods\ncan be applied to non-Gaussian data, account for spatial and\ntemporal dependence, and detect a wide variety of change-point\nconfigurations, including changes near the boundary and changes\nin close proximity. Additionally, this package helps address\nthe “small n, large p” problem, which occurs in many research\ncontexts. This problem arises when a dataset contains changes\nthat are visually evident but do not rise to the level of\nstatistical significance due to the small number of\nobservations and large number of parameters. The problem is\novercome by treating the dimensions as a whole and scaling the\ntest statistics only by its standard deviation, rather than\nscaling each dimension individually. Due to the computational\ncomplexity of the functions, the package runs best on datasets\nwith a relatively large number of attributes but no more than a\nfew hundred observations.",
